When representing our sellers, we know that marketing is everything.  Buyers today are using the internet more than ever when looking for a home.  It is important to have a strong internet presence.  That is why our sellers' homes can be found on popular website such as: remax.com; Homes.com; REALTOR.com (including the extra enhancements available); Craig's List; Yahoo; DawnNuzzi.com and so many more!  We do more than just put your home on the local MLS.  We market your home and all it has to offer by using high quality pictures and virtual tours.  And because we also work with buyers, showing an average of 30 homes a month, we know what buyers are feeling and thinking when they tour homes.  We know how important it is for a seller to "stage" their home, showing off and enhancing the main features of every room.  That is why Dawn worked to obtain her ASP Designation - Accredited Staging Professional.  This allows The Dawn Nuzzi Team the opportunity to assist our sellers even further by staging their home and making sure we make the right impression with every potential buyer!
